Terms and Conditions

  1. NADRA Digital Sahulat has clear REFUND POLICIES in which we provide refunds straight away if a customer is eligible for a refund with a VALID REASON.
  2. In the POLICIES where the application has been submitted to NADRA HEADQUARTERS and REJECTED for any reasons customer will be refunded with 20% Processing fee deduction.
  3. In the POLICIES Processing time applies after the fingerprint has been submitted.
  4. In the POLICIES Basic supporting papers must be submitted as specified by the NADRA HEADQUARTERS. In some situations, though, further paperwork is necessary. It will be applicant’s responsibility to provide them.
  5. Fingerprints are part of the application process and should must be submitted. Any customer with the Fingerprints Pending status will not be refunded.
  6. In the POLICIES NADRA HEADQUARTERS checks your and your family’s record in its database. , they may request additional papers for verification checks based on that.
  7. In the POLICIES If you are needed to attend an interview at the HIGH COMMISSION office, you must do so.
