Refund Policy
All the customers are liable to comply with all sections of the Refund Policy from NADRA Digital Sahulat . We strongly ask our customers to please read all of our terms and policies before starting an application process with us.
SECTION 1: There is no way to cancel an application after it has started. Application fees are non-refundable once initiated.
SECTION 2: It is the customer’s liability if he or she is unable to deliver fingerprints. Customer will not be able to raise a refund question due to their obligations (such as unable to fulfill their required data, document(s), fingerprints and miscellaneous etc.)
SECTION 3: Before beginning an application or making a payment, you must read all of the policies.
SECTION 4: No consumer can file a claim for PRICE is being HIGH.
SECTION 5: We can ONLY provide advice on Application processing and expected delivery times by NADRA Terms and Conditions, but we are not liable if the vetting process takes longer than expected time allocated by HEADQUARTER. The time stated on the website is the fastest amount of time required to process the application. It could take a little longer than anticipated then customer has right to reach out to our office for an update.
SECTION 6: We are not responsible for any travel arrangements made before receiving your travel documents.
SECTION 7: NADRA initially require the submission of basic supporting documentation. In some cases, more paperwork can be asked by case officer to finalize your application for an approval. It is the client’s responsibility to provide asked document.
